Richard Beaton

​Richard is a hugely experienced Management Consultant and Technology Advisor. His successful track record covers international blue chip companies through to his own start-ups.​

Richard brings over 25 years of online payments, fintech and e-commerce business building experience. He brings strong technological and commercial capabilities plus a proven track record of product innovation. He has worked as CPO/CTO at NTT Docomo Digital, was UK Commercial Director of HP and has held leadership roles with VISA funded accelerators.​​

He has lived and worked across UK, Europe, Asia and India and is excited by Web3.0, Crypto and the intersection of technology and data.

Keith Laidlaw

Keith is a highly successful Technology leader from the iGaming sector with extensive international experience covering Europe, Asia and the US.​

Prior to working with Conexus, Keith was Group CTO for 7 years at GVC PLC. As CTO, Keith led the group through a period of unprecedented growth and multiple corporate acquisitions, including BWIN, Party Gaming and Sportingbet. Keith managed to reduce Group IT costs by 50% while drastically improving the IT availability and development processes in part through a successful reorganization of the Group technology department.​
