Job Title: Lead Consultant

Job Duties: Partis (U.S.) Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Lead Consultant to drive the growth of our US Consulting Practice.

Job responsibilities and duties include:
● Identification of new clients and pipeline of new work;● Proposal development;● Leadership of consulting engagements including supervision of project delivery and managing project teams;● Lead the evolution of sports betting and iGaming in the US;● Provision of advice to clients, regulators and politicians on the legalization and regulation of Sports Betting and iGaming;● Identification of Partnership opportunities for clients and provision of transactional support to contract Partnerships;● Operational support to new iGaming and Sports Betting ventures in the US;● Acting as a trusted advisor to clients as they negotiate new deals and launch new business ventures within the US;● Gathering intelligence on the latest developments in the US market;● Reviewing the impact of global best practice and trends on the rapidly growing US market.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting, plus eight (8) years in the job offered or in a related occupation. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or employment. Employer will accept a 3-year foreign degree as equivalent to the bachelor’s degree requirement.

Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency and knowledge with the following:

    Senior managerial leadership in the US in full-time iGaming and Sports Betting Corporate Development role brokering Partnerships
    Senior managerial leadership role with a non-retail sports betting business with full responsibility over the company’s Profit and Losses (P&L)
    Full-time strategy consulting expertise with a Tier One global management consultancy at a senior managerial level
    Strategy consulting experience in the US iGaming and Sports Betting market with a history of delivering quality projects across multiple states
    Prior senior level line experience working within the best practice European Sports Betting market with one or more Tier One operators.
    Proficiency with financial analysis and modelling including advanced use of MS Excel.
    Knowledge of, and ability to advise clients as to the state licensing/regulatory requirements to meet vendor registration in the Gaming or Sports Betting industry.
