∎ Global iGaming recruitment firm Pentasia reveals investment and growth plans for European business
∎ Malta is central to continued growth, and the business sees “immense value” in the country’s commercial environment
∎ The company’s Malta team have enjoyed record business successes in 2019 to date

iGaming specialist recruitment firm Pentasia has announced global expansion plans which include investment in the European business and a strong commitment to Malta.
The Malta-registered business is expanding and evolving its St. Venera location to service growing demand in Malta and overseas. Plans will involve the creation of new jobs in Malta and Pentasia Malta will continue to support the island’s growing iGaming and technology sectors through its specialist recruitment services.

A record-breaking start to 2019 has secured Malta’s central position in the business’ future plans. Pentasia’s Malta team have achieved a record number of job placements so far in 2019, resulting in an overall revenue increase of 20%.

Expansion plans include supporting a growing client base in Malta’s iGaming sector. Malta’s strategic commitment to emerging tech industries – such as iGaming, fintech and blockchain – has ensured a continued supply of local business and a healthy commercial network. International clients will also continue to receive services from the business’ Malta location.

Since its foundation in Malta in 2004, Pentasia has made a significant and sustained contribution to the country’s digital industries, particularly within iGaming. The recruiter has relocated hundreds of highly skilled candidates from across Europe and worldwide to the island, including word class management executives and sought-after technical specialists.

In 2018, the recruiter also started a series of free meetup events for Malta’s iGaming technology professionals. Running on a regular basis, ‘PenX’ has invited expert speakers from the industry to share success stories and inspire the next generation.

New recruits form a key part of Pentasia’s Maltese expansion plans, and the company are keen to hear from ambitious and experienced staff. Multiple roles will be open for applications in the coming months, based at their newly-refurbished St. Venera offices.

Globally, Pentasia is widely-recognised as the market leaders in iGaming recruitment and was the recipient of EGaming Review’s ‘Recruiter of the Year’ award in June 2019. The firm operates from a total of six locations worldwide.

Pentasia is part of The Conexus Group along with partner brand IGA Training – widely known as iGaming Academy – which trains and issues qualifications for students and professional learners in Malta. The Conexus Group’s full brand portfolio spans businesses providing recruitment, training, consultancy and M&A advisory services.
