Mark started his career as a Chartered Surveyor, after gaining his professional qualifications and practicing for a couple of years whilst sitting on the Management Consultancy faculty Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors he then decided to set up a business specialising in the recruitment of real estate professionals globally. In the following nine years he subsequently
built the world’s largest privately owned recruiter in the sector with 14 offices worldwide.

In 2007 he sold the Group to a Fortune 500 Group of Companies and ran the business for a further year. He then decided to leave to left to pursue other interests and now sits as Chairman/Non Executive Director to a number of businesses in the recruitment, training, management consultancy, property and software spaces. He has been working with The Conexus Group for over 14 years and has held a number of senior positions within the Group.
