Rob Dowling

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of The Conexus Group, Rob is responsible for the strategic commercial direction of the group and its overall operational structure worldwide.
Rob co-founded Pentasia in 2001 with business partner Bruce Gamble, recognising that the iGaming industry was under serviced in the area of talent acquisition. Identifying a further market need, Rob founded iGaming Academy (now IGA Training) in 2007 to provide training solutions for the industry.
In 2013 Rob also co-founded Partis, which is now a global leader in consulting and M&A advisory for the online gaming and gambling sector.
Prior to The Conexus Group, Rob held a number of senior positions within recruitment including Head of Technical - New Media at Mortimer Alexander Knight & Charles and a Director position at LBHR International. Earlier in his career Rob spent some years with foreign exchange brokers Harlow Butler Ueda (ICAP) before moving into recruitment with the market leading IT Recruiters Computer People.
