Experienced recruitment specialist Grant Tarbet has joined Headcount’s growing team to focus on the Middle East & African markets, expanding clients' access to best-in-class talent.

Many countries dotting this vast region have directly benefitted from fintech innovation, and contain a young, yet ambitious and educated talent pool. Despite this, recruitment remains a significant challenge for many employers.

Grant brings extensive experience to the Headcount team. With over 15 years spent in executive search and niche technical recruitment across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East. Having lived and worked globally – including Cape Town and Dubai – Grant will leverage his extensive on the ground experience and deep and rich network to service hiring demand across payments and fintech.
