The iGaming industry’s leading talent firm has moved to new premises following continued expansion.
Pentasia moves to a new premises this month as the business continues to enjoy a period of sustained growth. The business, which provides recruitment and enterprise-level talent services to over 800 clients worldwide, is the leading recruiter in iGaming and one of the largest in payments.
The new office, which is located just South of London and represents a 50% increase in floor space, was opened by the local MP Crispin Blunt on Friday.
“This is a big moment for Pentasia,” explained MD Alastair Cleland at the launch event. “This new headquarters reflects the optimism we feel for our business and gives us a central base from which to deliver our global expansion plans.”
Employees will continue to operate on a hybrid work basis, though Cleland expects the new space to act as something of a ‘magnet’ for staff of all levels. “We intend for this to be a welcoming and energised space. It’s going to be a place where we can learn from each other, collaborate and innovate to better serve our clients.”
Hiring plans for 2023 include significant expansion in headcount. New recruits will benefit from a full training and induction program, developed exclusively for Pentasia.
Pentasia is a global operation with permanent bases in Barcelona, Malta and Las Vegas, as well as additional remote consultants based worldwide. In addition to its core recruitment services, the business now provides enterprise-level offerings including RPO and augmented teams.
Rob Dowling, CEO of The Conexus Group, explained the importance of Pentasia’s new home. “Pentasia was our founding business and has long been the powerhouse that’s enabled our evolution and growth. We’re hugely excited to expand the business, and it will be great to do so from this new base.”
Other Conexus Group businesses, including consulting firm Partis, training provider iGaming Academy and search business Marden Executive, will also utilise facilities at the new headquarters.
