Naomi Hoad, Group Head of Events for The Conexus Group - parent company of several brands whose worldclass expertise spans from Recruitment, Business Consultancy, and Fintech, within the IGaming, industry. Naomi has worked in the events industry since completing the Event Academy course in 2013, gathering a wealth of experience through working with well-known brands such as The Moonwalk, Secret Cinema, Sky TV, The London Marathon, and promotional campaigns at Selfridges.

Naomi established her career in corporate events and conference creation in sectors such as B2B Media, Financial Services, and most recently IGaming. Naomi is passionate about people, culture, leadership, and successful career growth. She is especially inspired to help people to develop their potential. Away from her professional role in events, Naomi’s interests include her family, rugby, art, culture, and travel as well as being an all-round foodie
